Email campaign
B2B HTML email campaign for Miletis, a merchandising and POP display specialist — responsive, multi-client tested.
I design print materials and HTML email campaigns for companies, associations and institutions — from brief to press-ready file or production-ready template. Every project is crafted to strengthen your visual identity, capture attention and convert readers into customers.
A well-crafted flyer grabs attention in under 3 seconds. I design A5, A4 and custom-format flyers and posters optimised for digital or offset printing — with social media adaptations included to maximise reach.
SMEs, associations and professional federations: I produce 4 to 16-page brochures that present your services with clarity and professionalism. Files delivered print-ready (PDF/X-4, CMYK, high resolution).
A responsive HTML email delivered production-ready into your sending platform — design aligned with your brand, conversion-optimised structure and multi-client render tests included.
Flyer, brochure, leaflet or email campaign — I handle your project end to end, from brief to production-ready file.
Everything you need to know before starting a print or email campaign project.
A flyer (A5 or A4, single or double-sided) is a concise communication tool designed for wide distribution and immediate impact: events, promotions, announcements. A commercial brochure is a more elaborate document (4 to 8 pages) that presents a company, its services or offer in detail — aimed at qualified prospects or partners.
A newsletter is a regular send to a subscriber list (news, articles, current offers). An emailing is a one-off campaign with a specific goal: promotion, product launch, event invitation. Both require a polished, responsive HTML design compatible with all major email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail).
For print I use Adobe InDesign for layout, Illustrator for vector elements and Photoshop for image processing. For email campaigns I code in HTML/CSS compatible with all major email clients and integrate templates into platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot and ActiveCampaign.
A press-ready file is the final validated file before printing — it includes the printer's technical requirements: CMYK colour mode, 300 dpi resolution, 3 mm bleed and crop marks. Correct preparation avoids unpleasant surprises when the print run arrives (colour shift, clipped text, white borders).
A double-sided A5 flyer starts at around €150. A 4-page commercial brochure typically costs between €400 and €700, and an 8-page brochure between €700 and €1,200 depending on layout complexity. Free quote after briefing.
A simple flyer is delivered in 3 to 5 business days. A 4 to 8-page brochure takes 1 to 2 weeks. A bespoke HTML email template is delivered in 5 to 8 days. Actual timelines depend on content availability and the number of revision rounds.
Yes. Payment is split in two: a 40–50% deposit at project start and the balance on delivery of the final file. For multi-format projects or recurring contracts, a monthly retainer or staged payment plan can be arranged.
Each quote includes two revision rounds. Additional revisions can be billed by the half-day. Approving texts and visuals before work begins is strongly recommended to avoid back-and-forth and meet print deadlines.
I systematically deliver a high-resolution PDF/X-4 press-ready file (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed included) and a low-resolution PDF for on-screen approval. InDesign source files with linked images can be included depending on the contract terms.
The project follows 4 steps: 1. Brief (objectives, target audience, print constraints) → 2. Layout proposal (layout design, typographic choices) → 3. Revisions (integrating your feedback) → 4. Delivery (press-ready file and screen version). I can also coordinate printing through my network of print partners.
Yes. I work with a network of print partners (digital and offset) and can manage the print order for you: paper stock, finishes (lamination, spot varnish, die-cutting), quantities and delivery. This service is quoted separately with full transparency.
I work with all major email platforms: Mailchimp, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and Sarbacane. I can also deliver a standalone HTML template to integrate into your own sending tool.
Open rates depend primarily on subject line, preheader text and sender reputation. I advise on writing compelling subject lines, propose A/B testing options, and optimise the text-to-image ratio to avoid spam filters. A clear design and a single strong call-to-action also boost click-through rates.
Yes. Once a layout is approved, adapting a flyer, brochure or email template for another language or market is far more cost-effective than starting from scratch. I deliver source files to facilitate these adaptations and can coordinate translation if needed.
